How long does the application process take?

From submitting your application to receiving your Fellowship offer, the journey typically spans up to 10 weeks.
At StartupABC.xyz, we recognize the dedication and passion candidates bring to this process. We, in turn, invest the same level of attention and care, reviewing each application thoughtfully to ensure we select those best suited to thrive in the world of Indian startups and innovation.

Can I apply if I graduate after June?

All applicants need to be ready for full-time immersion in our Training Camp, starting in July.
Since our Fellowship begins in July, we require that applicants are set to graduate by June at the latest. If you're graduating later, we encourage you to apply for the following year’s Fellowship to take full advantage of our training, mentorship, and community support.

Can I apply if I already have work experience?

Yes! We welcome recent graduates with up to three years of professional experience.
Our Fellowship is tailored for early-career professionals, whether you’re a recent graduate or have a couple of years of work experience. Our training, mentorship, and job matching focus on entry-level talent who bring a fresh perspective to the dynamic world of startups. We’re eager to help you discover how your skills can make a difference!

Do I have to be from a specific field to apply?

No! We’re looking for creative, motivated, and impact-driven individuals from all fields.

Are international students eligible to apply?

At this time, applicants need to be citizens or permanent residents of India.

Can I apply if I’ll be abroad during the interview process?

Yes, our Selection Days are all-day virtual events accessible from anywhere.
If you’re abroad for academic reasons, work, or other commitments, our Selection Team can accommodate alternative arrangements. Just reach out to us at selection@startupabc.xyz, and we’ll work with you to ensure you have the opportunity to shine.

Definitely! While applicants can only apply once per season, we welcome reapplications in the following year.

What do Fellows do after the Fellowship?

What if I need an extension or deferral?

Yes, life is full of surprises, and we try to be as accommodating as possible.
If you’re accepted and have a reasonable need for an extension, reach out to our Talent Team, and we’ll work to offer a flexible solution. For special circumstances, we also offer one-year deferrals so that you can join the following Fellowship class when you’re ready.
